Glenn était très sympathique et compétent. Il a fait des efforts supplémentaires pour adapter la visite à mes intérêts spécifiques. Ce fut une expérience fantastique pour moi dans l'ensemble. Je recommande fortement cette visite.

Nous avons réservé en ligne avec Runaway Tours et cela ne changerait rien. Notre guide Jen nous a pris au terminal de croisière de Sydney par notre guide Jen, a passé la journée avec elle à visiter le Hunter et nous avons été déposés à l'aéroport à l'heure prévue pour un vol de retour tard le soir. Jen était très compétente, un chauffeur prudent et amusant.

J'ai été très impressionné par le fait que Runaway Tour était toujours à l'écoute de toutes mes demandes, du début à la fin de ma réservation avec eux. Mandy et Steve avaient toujours été très utiles. Jim a très bien géré notre emploi du temps pendant la journée de tournée. Nous avons pu profiter de notre dégustation de vin ainsi que d'autres activités dans un rythme relaxant. Je suis plus qu'heureux de recommander Runaway Tour à tous mes amis qui visiteront Sydney à l'avenir.

Nice day in the Hunter Valley...tasted at 3 wineries..wines were quite good..scenery nice including many kangaroos.

Great day of tasting wines in Hunter valley. Excellent of tasting at three different wineries plus a artisanal cheese tasting and great lunch to top it off. Glen was an excellent guide, safe driver and provided us a great day. Even went out of his way to make we got some pictures of wild kangaroos as we had not seen any yet on our visit to Australia.

This was our first of two tours organised by Runaway Tours and was so easy to organise in the run up to us travelling en masse to Australia. Our large family group were superbly looked after by Runaway Tours and collected from our location in Sydney early in the morning before a two hour drive out to Hunter Valley. The guide, Glen was very knowledgable and welcoming and being an ex-pat from Essex, he led our group perfectly. We visited two different vineyards in the morning and had great taster sessions at both, before stocking up with bottles to help us celebrate our time in Australia. Following the second vineyard stop, Glen took us to a beautiful spa resort for our lunch which was of an exceptionally good standard. Following lunch we headed for a cheese tasting experience before visiting the third wine boutique. This was more of a wine stockist as opposed to a vineyard, but the quality of the wine was very good. As the afternoon drew to an end, the final stop on the tour was a chocolate shop where we had the chance to purchase some high quality confectionery. Following this visit we headed back into Sydney and was dropped off back at our lodgings at about 5:30 so it really was a full day of brilliant activities. Thank you Steve and Mandy for their exceptional organisation skills to put this tour on for us and as you can read on our Blue Mountain tour review, they really do know how show off these great locations in and around Sydney. When we return in the future, we will no doubt be heading to the Runaway Tours website to book more activities. Thank you for making our holiday in Sydney so memorable.

Steve was absolutely phenomenal. We booked last minute because our other service fell through. There were 7 of us and we all had a wonderful time. Steve was prompt and communicative and super fun to chat with. He made sure we had a great time and we would 100% recommend him to all our friends and family.

From the inquiries, the booking and the final trip, Runaway Tour is always friendly and professional. We also had Roger, as our tour guide who speaks Mandarin for my family. My family had a great time and loved the time with Roger. I will definitely recommend anybody who needs tour guide in Sydney. I will definitely use services from Runaway Tour again!
